As always, learn as much as you can about proper exercise technique. If you’ve been working out for a while these should be familiar to you. Perform each exercise for 1 minute straight. Aim to complete 3 full circuits. Set up your stations in advance and do not rest between each exercise, this is a circuit. Take 2-3 minute break between each circuit set.

- Single Arm Kettlebell Swing
- Leg Raises
- Bent-over Dumbbell Row
- Split Jumps
- Russian Twists (with Medicine Ball)
- Dumbbell Backward Lunges
