- Hip Bridge 15x
- Supermans 12x
- Air Squats 12x
- Planks 12x
- Full Burpees 10x
So, how do you feel now? Heart rate up? Breaking sweat? And you thought the workout looked easy. Take a 60 second rest and do the circuit all over again.
