There are many workout formats that utilize a variety of techniques to engage all muscles groups while helping improve your cardio. Today’s workout will help to accomplish just that. This workout is also ideal for those short on time. If executed properly, it should take you no more than 34 minutes (4 minutes are designate for rest).
Workout Instructions
Review and setup each station to ensure minimum time is wasted from moving one exercise to another. Perform each exercise for 1 minute straight. The goal is to get as many proper reps in as possible. After you complete the 10 exercises take a 2 minute break.
30 Minute Full Body Blast Workout
- Skip Rope
- Goblet Squat
- Mountain Climbers
- Double Arm Kettlebell Swings
- Leg Raises
- Bent-over Dumbbell Rows
- Split Jumps
- Russian Twists
- Swissball Crunches
- Dumbbell Push Press
Rest for 2 minutes, repeat 2 more times for a total of 3 rounds.
