I loved the fact that the program met all my criteria; a 45 minute full body exercise program with core strength training part of each component. Plus, its modular design was flexible for you to fine-tune each component as we went along. Andrei is first of all a great guy and a great personal trainer. Most of all it helped me keep motivated and hit the gym as scheduled. He was also very creative and created a very good routine to get me going. We have started to work together in May when I was 282 lb and very out of shape,today I am 254 and I am pretty impressed with my level of fitness myself.

Nevermind the pounds or inches, the best thing that motivated me is when people started paying me compliments on my weight loss. I am at a point of downsizing my whole wardrobe. Thanks Andrei for helping me get rid of my spare tire.
To start off, Andrei is a great guy to workout with and he is willing to work around your busy schedule.His workout routines are quite unique and personally tailored to the areas that you want to fix. He is an amazing motivator (As I lack in that department for working out). I really appreciate all your help.
Without that, I would have not got anywhere. As a trainer, he was able to help me do 10 struggling push-ups to almost 30 push-ups nonstop. Also, at the beginning of our time together, I was unable to do any pull-ups but in the end, I was able to do at least 10. With my time with Andrei, I have really seen my upper body strength increased dramatically. I am quite impressed. Thanks again.
