What to Expect from Your Personal Training Session
You’re unique. So we start by finding out what makes you unique. What type of workout programming will it take to help you reach your fitness goals? To what foods does your body responds to most favourably? How are we going to fit all this into your lifestyle?
Training can range from bodyweight exercises, to freeweights and kettlebells, HIIT protocols. There’s a lot of planning and variety to keep you motivated to stay on course reaching your goals.
