Let’s Start Running Again

I got ambitious earlier this month, thinking I could crush my running goals.  All pent-up ambition and motivation ultimately got me sidelined.  I went too faast, too much and too soon.  Although I made great progress several weeks ago correcting my form, but I didn’t follow a program to build up my distance and speed properly.  I was basically trying to be a hero on every run.  This is what caused me to get injured.  Now that I have recovered, I need to start running again.

I managed to get an easy and slow run done.

Didn’t feel any pain or discomfort in my shins at all.
