Another 16 Minute Tabata Workout for Beginners

This is a follow-up post to my Tabata routine for beginners I posted earlier. If you’re just beginning Tabata training you can also use this routine as a starting point. All exercises involve only your bodyweight and you’ve probably done them at one point in your life. If you never heard of them and would like to know how to perform a specific exercise, just leave a comment below and I’ll respond with instructions or a link to a video.
